How often do you restock?
This is different for every item. Some items are restocked quite regularly. Since we do not manufacture our own products, restocking depends on the availability of our vendors. If you would like to know whether a specific item will be restocked or not, feel free to send us a message.
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order has been confirmed.
How do I check the delivery status of my order?
Tracking information will be sent to your email once we shipped your parcel. Please click this link https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home and paste your tracking # to see the status of your order.
Why is my order taking so long to reach me?
Please expect delays as parcel delivery schedules are not guaranteed due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Also please keep in mind that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any problems during shipment please contact your local post office immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the COVID 19 pandemic, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final.
In the event of missing items and or leakage please contact us immediately. Send us a pic of the condition of the product you received and we can make an exchange, refund or send you the missing product.
Even if we securely pack each product, leakage can still occur due to handling when shipping.
